The NEW 15-20lb ZZIPLEX "Islander" Boat rod specially built to our exacting specification. Built with a GLASS tip, we like them tippy and strong and this is. This one is a 2 x piece and is beautifully spigotted instead of a boat fitting. (click on the photo to see the HD picture zoom) Rung with Fuji SIC Chrome Power oval rings, I don't think they come better than this!! 

The 2nd "Islander" is a wonderful 8ft 4ins (2 piece) tippy rod and weighs only 272grams fully built.

Two new prototypes, built on a superb "CTS" New Zealand blank have now been built and are available for inspection. This is going to be the favourite for Bream and drifting for Plaice. Perfectly built by Chris Dance as only he can. ring for more details.

I have tested blanks from all over the World to try and find the best Boat blanks that come close to the Zziplex standard. I think these blanks are as close as I will ever get.

Could be used uptiding as well.

Someone has described them as a Suveran action with Zziplex strength, I will settle for that description.

Our newest 2 x piece (Spiggoted) 7 foot bespoke rods for Spin / Speed Jigging. We think you might find these more suitable for UK waters. The Spin Jig rods are primarily designed for the increasingly popular Speed Jigging technique using lures specific to that method.
